Policy for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
There is no fundamental right of return of flawless goods, delivered by our individual service. We always recommend to close important issues via email, we support you with an individual information about return or status tracking.
Register your complaints to newly delivered goods and check the current status to general service questions, warranty or service information before buying.
A copy of the delivery note or the invoice must be attached to the return.
We only take back undamaged and complete products.
The article must therefore be returned in their original packaging.
Flawless condition is meant:
- no broken seal / unopened
- no custom sticker
- no additional labels
- Items must be returned in secondary packaging, provided that e4btc has this delivered in an overpack.
- the original manufacturers packaging (in the outer packaging) is completely undamaged loss or damage in transit.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must claim the return within 30 days of your purchase.

- We will provide you an address and PDF file for return shipping.
Our users have to ask for merchant's agreement first and cannot e.g. initiate a refund from our merchant processor without e4btc’s consent.
BitPay does not handle customer requests for refunds, as BitPay is an agent of the merchant, not the customer.
Your return price
Using BitPay's conversion rate, we accept Euro for the bitcoin BitPay receives. Hence, we are unable to refund the amount of bitcoin sent. We can only refund the Euro-equivalent of bitcoin on the day of refund, or Euro directly via bank transfer or other mutually-agreed payment processor. The refunded bitcoin amount will be calculated using the BitPay’s rate at the time the refund is made. The precise bitcoin amount will likely be different than the original amount sent, but it’s value will be equivalent in the pricing currency. We are not accountable for any fluctuations of the Bitcoin exchange rate and therefore we cannot assume liability for resulting losses or gains. A refund of Bitcoins using the original exchange rate to Euro is not possible.
Your money is placed in an escrow and we double-check each money back guarantee. As soon as we have submitted your request to refund your payment, your refund will be pending approval from BitPay. While we typically provide refunds within 24 hours of submitting the refund request, please allow 1-2 business days to process the transaction.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Special orders (eg spare parts) will not normally be withdrawn.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 2.5 % restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
